We invite course proposals three times each year, in addition to organizing one-off Community Seminars each spring/fall and in-person reading groups on a rolling basis.

Summer 2025 co-leading opportunities
The following Summer 2025 courses are seeking co-leaders:
- Dostoyevsky, The Brothers Karamazov
- Thursdays, 8:30-10:00 PM ET, 06/05 – 08/28 (13 weeks)
- Kierkegaard, Fear and Trembling
- Mondays, 11:30 AM-1:00 PM ET, 06/30 – 08/04 (6 weeks)
- Two Views of Rome: Montesquieu’s Causes of the Greatness of the Romans and their Decline and Books 1-5 of Augustine’s City of God
- Wednesdays, 7:00-9:00 PM ET, 06/25 – 09/03 (11 weeks)

In-person reading groups
Interested in organizing an in-person reading group where you live?
We may be able to help you find a venue, advertise the group, and offer general support.

Prior experience participating in a Catherine Project course is ideal, but not required.

Reading group for leaders
This is a private reading group for leaders of any Project course. Readings are mostly non-consecutive, so that folks can participate whenever they’d like.

All leader meetings
Each term (Spring, Summer, and Fall), we host a general meeting for all leaders. These are opportunities to meet other leaders and to openly discuss anything related to leading courses in the Catherine Project.

Letter writing project
Started by the esteemed Donald Antenen, the letter writing project is an opportunity to correspond with other Catherine Project volunteers about subjects of shared interest.
